These terms govern your use of services from Get Business Address, a service of Business Growth House. By using our services you agree to them.

What We Are — and Are Not

We are a document-filing and mail-handling service. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or government agency, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Postal Service, the IRS, or any government body.

Our Services

• Business address & mail handling (receive, scan, forward, hold).
• Registered agent service in Texas.
• Preparing and filing formation documents, EIN applications, and compliance reports.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for the lawful use of any address or entity.

Fees & State Costs

Our service fees are separate from government filing fees set by the State of Texas and other agencies. State fees are passed through and are non-refundable once paid to the government.

Refunds & Cancellation

• Recurring plans (address, registered agent) are month-to-month or annual with no long-term contract — cancel anytime; future renewals stop.
• One-time filings are refundable for our service fee only if work has not yet been submitted; government fees are non-refundable.
• Filed-right guarantee: if we make a filing error, we correct it at no charge or refund our service fee for that filing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our address or services for fraud, illegal activity, or in violation of USPS, state, or federal rules. We may suspend or terminate service for misuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
